The
agency works in 100 developing countries and has enclosed
partnership with private voluntary organizations, indigenous
groups, universities, international organizations, other
governments, trade and professional associations. USAID has
working relationships, through contracts and grant agreements
across the globe.
Development Alternative and USAID’s Association
goes back a long way. Development Alternatives has worked at
both the strategic and operational levels with USAID. It has
provided USAID policy advice and support as a resource
organisation. Development Alternatives was a resource
institution to promote contemporary management systems for
Common Property Resources (CPRs). The organisation has worked
very closely with USAID to promote new initiatives in Climate
Change, Clean Technology and Information Technology. More
recently facilitation and management support services have
been provided for various meetings |
