Working on complete hiring process of sourcing, screening, selection and joining of candidates at all levels of DA Group
1. Developing and organising effective induction programme for new joinees.
2. Training & Development of Staff
Coordinating and facilitating internship program of DA Group.
Going through the education profile and course details of prospective interns in order to match the SBU requirements and then forwarding it to SBU Heads.
4. Performance Management
Supporting the team in conducting periodical confirmation and performance reviews.
a) Organising HR events (Annual Day Celebration, New Year etc)
b) Any other responsibility assigned by Head HR or Sr. Manager HR from time to time.
c) Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies & procedures.
1. Conducting periodical staff research for designing staff interventions with a view to address areas of concern.
Soft management skills, Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to communicate well and represent organization at senior level as on when required
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints
