Process Monitoring Study for United Nation World Food Programme (WFP)

The team proposes to assist WFP to evolve a more efficient and practical system of monitoring commodity storage, handling and distribution, measuring improved food security of WFP beneficiaries and monitoring the use of generated funds with specific focus on community participation, asset creation for women and implementation through NGOs.

The method team adopted was that the staff involved in the project (Forest department and WFP Delhi) should extract problems from the situations in which they find themselves.
