Kiran Sharma is Vice President of Development Alternatives. She has 20- years of experience in the management of a vast range of national level civil society programmes in the areas of poverty eradication, women’s health, HIV|AIDS, gender empowerment and women’s rights, integrated child development, child labour, education etc. She has managed many civil society programmes implemented across several regions, through large partner and technical resource networks. She is presently heading the Development Solution Branch of DA, which is the implementation arm of the organisation. She was responsible for managing Poorest Areas Civil Society Programme, the largest small organisational support system in the country over several years.
