The Way Forward
Influencing policy - With the active involvement of Government agencies, civil-society organisations, bilateral agencies and other stakeholders, DA will continue to fight poverty, support rural research and rural financial services, to decentralise the policies and practices and to support market-assisted reforms.
Via projects and policy dialogues DA will continue to identify and promote various plans and methods taking into account global trends, and seeking ways of using them for sustainable growth and equitable reduction of rural poverty.
DA continues to encourage and invite like-minded stakeholders to work together to deepen its knowledge and understanding of environment regeneration, development processes and structural and transitional poverty in rural areas.
