Mrs Indira Mansingh is the Chief Advisor at Development Alternatives. She plays a key role in communications and network development. Apart from being the guiding force, she leads all the primary projects and campaigns that the Communication Solutions Branch undertakes.

Mrs Mansingh has over 30 years of experience in planning and designing of communications strategy for large scale impact. During her long span, she has worked with the government and the corporate sector as a communication expert, heading various critical communications departments.

She was an Executive Vice President in News Television India and the Director, Press Relations Officer in the Press Information Bureau. She has won many accolades in the form of awards for the projects that she headed and contributed extensively.

Mrs Mansingh did her Masters in English Literature from the University of Allahabad, followed by Specialised Communications Studies from the George Washington University, Washington DC, USA.
