    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    Support the implementation of projects focused on innovation in Micro and Small Enterprise development.

    Responsible for:

    • Development and implementation of innovative models and tools for enabling access to credit, marketing and training for micro entrepreneurs,
    • Documentation of implementation, observations and case studies for reporting
    • Track progress of the models and develop potential linkages with the larger ecosystem
    • Capturing learnings and data from ground and create analytical reports for communication and knowledge products
    • Maintenance (accelerated data collection, validation and tracking new metrics) of dashboards for enterprise development programs 
    • Will be responsible for directly working with field team and entrepreneurs to provide enterprise support services

    • Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Development Studies would be a plus.

It also strives at last mile delivery through a network of information kiosks accessed by young women and men in rural areas.

    Managed by Indian Micro Enterprise Development Foundation (IMEDF), supported by Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) and conceived by Development Alternatives (DA), udyaME intends to solve puzzles to bring an entrepreneurial revolution.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Anchor the roll-out of marketing and sales strategy for enterprise support services products and network development of ‘udyaME’ services for micro-entrepreneurs.

    • Drive sales on ground through a network of field sales representatives.

    • Build partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders and strengthen the ‘udyaME’ brand.

    • Manage an innovative virtual platform for market information and linkages.

    Desirable Attributes:

    • Good communication skills; practical, committed and problem solving approach.

    • Demonstrated experience to understand and drive sales initiatives to grow customers, revenue and accelerate growth in delivery of products and services.
