    Job Summary:

    Development Action Domain (DAD) is the Project/ Programme Implementation Vertical of DA Group which works on catalyzing transformation in clusters for excellence through the implementation of projects. The domain works in three verticals – capacity building and creating awareness, infrastructure development and providing solution and work as Project Management Unit in the field of capacity building, creating awareness, infrastructure development, and providing solutions. Main activities in the domain are centered on content development and knowledge packaging, project execution, partnership development, and programme development through research, assessment and business development. Domain implements its projects through direct implementation, and/or through partners and at times this happens through a project management approach.

    More precisely the ongoing projects are related to areas of skilling, upskilling (through bridging information gap, vocational training, ensuring livelihood connects), imparting functional literacy and numeracy to women (through TARA Akhsar+ - one of the flagship programme of DA), aspiration building of adolescent girls and boys, waste related awareness and its management, WASH-related awareness and infrastructure development, enhancing income of farmers through sustainable agriculture, water conservation and WASTE management and so on.

    The domain also works on standardization of implementation protocols of different interventions. The work in the domain gives ample opportunity to do project execution, get field learnings, do partnership and stakeholder management, develop tools, formats, training content, conduct training courses and prepare reports, develop proposals and generate funds.

    Job Description:

    • Take care of CSO related documents and payments of TARA Akshar+ programme by approving the bills, checking supportable and prepare the memos for payment; keep track of payments.

    • Help project teams in tracking their financials mechanically.

    • Administrative functions of the Project/ Programme Implementation Wing like keeping documents, maintaining records, keeping stocks etc.

    • Processing of Internal and Vendor Invoices and their tracking as well as follow up with Accounts and other sections of Project/ Programme Implementation Vertical of DA.

    • Prepare different types of Agreement, Addendum and Memos related to different projects

    • Updating of different databases.

    • Undertaking work like scanning, typing, meeting coordination, internet search, data entry etc.
