Experience :- Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 - 10 years of working experience (Senior researcher/ APD) of which minimum 5 years should be related to climate change adaptation/ mitigation, ecological economics, resource efficiency or Green Economy. Involvement in the implementation or preparation of development/ climate change projects is preferred. Good understanding of Natural Resource Management, agriculture, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigatand sustainable development issues.
Experienced in literature review, primary survey designing, primary and secondary data collection/ analysis, technical report writing, and presentation skills are must. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and oral communication skill in Hindi is required. Good working knowledge of modern telecommunication systems, IT-know-how (MS-Office, Access or another database program). Experienced in carrying out valuation of ecosystem services are desirable.
Skills: Independent thinking, planning and designing research initiatives, in-depth understanding of policy environment, development and climate finance, proven editing presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
